Are your sneakers authentic?
Yes. Every pair we sell is 100% authentic and inspected before it ships. If it is not on our site, we do not sell it — no replicas, ever.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $8, and it is FREE on all orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. We currently ship within the United States.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order ships, and Express 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us through our Contact page and we will help you exchange for the right size, subject to availability. Please keep the shoes unworn and in their original box until your exchange is confirmed. Our Size Guide can help you choose right the first time.
Can I return an item?
If something is not right, reach out through our Contact page and we will take care of you. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
How do discount codes work?
